I wanted to take this time to give a special thanks to UFg8tr, Joe Q, Edwin B and everyone that has been contributing to the Workout Tracks section to make it a success. Thanks again guys for helping bring some needed intensity to my workouts with a bunch of solid tracks, keep'em coming!
2(x)ist
I just did a shoot for 2(x)ist's new underwear line Evolve. It was for their underwear box and should be released early fall. The shoot went smoothly and it was a one, two job. Everyone was super layed back and professional, and the food on set was great. The studio had this cool online menu for the kitchen down the hall. We punched in a few orders via a computer monitor and voila! we had food and it was healthy too.

Since this is mainly a fitness oriented blog I try to pass along any information that I feel can be of use, and this is a post that can save you a little cash on a gym membership if you're in need. I know a lot of Luke's visitors has been waiting for this page. Guess what, it's done, and anyone can use it.
Instructions to Submit a Track:
1. Get an user account, click "Login/Register" on the right sidebar, then "Create an Account".
2. Then either click a "Submit a Track" link or use the top toolbar and choose Create Content>Workout Mix
Summer Lovin'
Ahhh yes the summer is just around the corner and love is in the air, and by love I mean crash diets. People have been hibernating all winter and are slowly waking up to a few unwanted pounds of flab. I write this post not to alarm you, but to inform you that there is still time. Just a few simple things can get you back in summer shape in no time. First, step away from the fat burners and say no to crazyness like all liquid diets. Drastic measures are not needed to fit into last years bathing suit, "Worry is the absence of an organized plan" that is great quote from a great guy, Mr.
Busy..
Well big things have been happening. It was a hectic weekend but the first season of Trainer's Tip of the Week has been filmed! It was a lot of fun and I learned a lot in the process. We had some great featured guests on the show and I cannot wait to see the finished product.
Also we have a lot of new features on the website. A new photo gallery, comments and the workout tracks page should be finished this week.
Website Updates
Hey, I am JR, I am charge of all the technical work behind Luke's site and the person that will be building all the new features Luke mentioned early this month in this post. Such as the WorkOut Mix Page and his upcoming webseries Trainers' Tip of the Week.
I don't want to bore you to much on technical Website changes, but somethings you will quickly notice like the URL is just lukeguldan.com and I have added a new and improved Photo Gallery. Plus in the upcoming weeks I will be adding commenting for all Luke's newly added blog postings.
*The WorkOut Mix Page is due to come out in a few days.
