I've said it before, I'll say it again.  You are a superstar.  You look AMAZING in these shots.  You are going to get better and better as time goes on.  You make me gasp in amazement, truly.  I wish you the best of luck and keep doing what you are doing.  

You seem to be getting bulkier by the day. Does this mean you may end up with the strength of a whale in a year's time? Now do some arbitrarily difficult yoga shots in a yoga magazine. That'd be fun for both you and us. Y'know, like a firefly pose, a backward V pose without hand support, etc.

Really nice work ! That's quite an arm's workout ! Which exercise do you think is the more effecicent ? I usually love dips.

Luke, you look really nice indeed. I know some of the body builders can look really horrible. But somehow you have a really nice and balanced looking.
